Instant Pot Beef Pulao with a hack
This Instant Pot Beef Pulao recipe is the best one you will find on the internet. It’s comforting, it’s super flavorful, fragrant and ready within minutes. Best of all , it doesn’t require many ingredients. You’ll be surprised how flavorful it is considering all of the above.
I won’t even try and build the suspense, let me just tell you what the hack is. The hack is to add a packet of “Karachi Beef Biryani- Shan Masala”. Although I enjoy cooking from scratch, there’s moments where time just slips away. You haven’t even figured out lunch and you’re really not in the mood to order takeout.
This is when this recipe will be your savior and put a big smile on your face. Super fragrant and flavorful, it might just become a weekly dinner on your dining table.
This pulao can be made on the stove top but making this in the Instant Pot makes it super quick and easy. Making this on the Stove top is extremely simple too, it’ll just take longer to cook. Follow the same instructions until #5 and for #6, make sure you cook meat for 2-3 hours or until beef is tender. I love the Instant Pot though, it makes cooking such a breeze. I have even made this pulao for last minute get togethers and the guests were simply in love.
A tip that I occasionally follow , add a few bones with the meat and trust me you have enhanced the flavor of this Pulao even more! Now its time to pour some of this super fragrant pulao in your plate, add some Cucumber Raita on the side and EAT!
I made a video tutorial for this Pulao a while back when I first created this recipe. Got some really good feedback, therefore I am super excited about posting it here. Watch my video tutorial at the end of this page.
